Salary: £52,500 - £57,000 DOE
Contract Type: Full-time

We're looking for a bold, creative, and commercially-minded Senior Brand Manager to help transform Crufts from a world-famous event into a year-round lifestyle brand that resonates with dog lovers across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a beloved institution, bringing fresh energy, relevance, and reach to a brand that's ready to grow beyond its traditional roots.
Responsibilities
- Leading the charge to make Crufts the go-to brand for dog owners nationwide.
- Creating and delivering integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial success.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring the Crufts brand to life across every touchpoint.
- Using customer insights to inform strategy, messaging, and product development.
- Managing media spend, agency relationships, and campaign performance with a sharp eye on ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand strategy and integrated marketing.
- A track record of building mass-market brands and launching successful campaigns.
- Strong product marketing skills and a passion for digital-first thinking.
- Commercial acumen and a love for data-driven decision-making.
- A genuine passion for dogs and the communities that celebrate them.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
