We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both – three days in the office and up to two days from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end briefing, development, and delivery of key global LEGO Brand campaigns.
  • Develop and manage campaign resourcing plans – including budget, team structure, and project timelines.
  • Oversee all creative communications to ensure they align with campaign strategy and objectives.
  • Act as the central connector for marketing, enabling, and planning teams to ensure alignment.
  • Proactively lead campaign workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Working closely with the Senior Campaign Operations Manager, coordinate communications and troubleshoot issues across various collaborators – such as local marketing teams and executive leadership.
  • Capture insights and important findings to consistently improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency year after year.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven marketing experience with a strong track record in delivering complex, integrated campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Experience working within a global brand and a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in crafting and implementing new procedures and encouraging consensus among diverse collaborators.
  • Skilled at navigating complexity and turning multiple priorities into a clear, cohesive plan.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to distill complex information and inspire confidence.
  • A proactive, resilient self-starter who takes initiative, mobilizes others, and overcomes challenges with energy and focus.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust at all levels.
