Senior Building Surveyor | London

We are hiring a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in the built environment, client engagement, and delivering high-quality projects.
With a well-established client base and a respected legacy, this is an exciting growth phase. You will influence strategy, lead projects, and help shape our Building Surveying services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis.
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.
- Advise on building regulations, planning, and property legislation.
- Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
- Conduct dilapidation assessments and negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Handle Part Wall issues, including notices and awards.
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
- Full MRICS membership or equivalent.
- Senior-level experience in surveying and client projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of building construction and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of contracts like JCT and NEC.
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office.
- Familiarity with industry systems and procedures.
