Responsibilities

• Delivering a range of projects of varying scale and complexity with minimal supervision.
• Providing technical leadership and support to project teams.
• Representing the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and professional forums.
• Supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to a culture of continual learning.
• Using tools like Newforma Project Center to manage documentation and ensure quality control.
• Supporting business development efforts and contributing to local strategic goals.

Project Delivery

• Lead on construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEPC, and landscape design teams.
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing in design and construction processes.
• Provide expert insight into CDM regulations, fire safety, and sustainable construction methods.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure that all outputs meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.
