Job Description:

The SWP Change Team (UK) is accountable for the success of all implementation and conversion activities within the SEI (UK) Private Banking Wealth Platform Business. The team provides project management, consulting, queue management, project execution, specialised product support, and communication to the client and SEI organizations. The Senior BA will lead specific projects and workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally, with an emphasis on continuous learning.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as SEI Wealth Platform SME for operational, middle & front office workflows/procedures development.
• Assist clients in policy decisions, post-conversion organization, and impact assessment.
• Develop workflows and procedures for ongoing activities.
• Evaluate testing effectiveness during Model Office and Dress Rehearsals.
• Manage and deliver change programs supporting SWP’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with SME’s across SEI UK.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards in project work.
• Propose improvements based on lessons learned.
• Establish readiness metrics for client conversions.
• Align governance forums for implementation awareness.
• Identify and resolve project issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation tasks.
• Balance detail and big picture to ensure delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement.
• Report on project costs, benefits, and resources.
• Coordinate with operational teams and solution leads.
• Partner with client service teams for ongoing support.

What we need from you:

• Degree or equivalent, with Wealth Management or Private Banking experience.
• Experience in delivering projects within financial services.
• Ability to work proactively in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with agile software environments.
• Experience with platform technology (advantageous).
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Prince2, Agile PM, or similar qualification (advantageous).
• Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
