Role Synopsis:

Our client aims to modernize and transform using digital technologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and develop new business models.

You will gather, define, and manage business requirements from stakeholders using structured analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies. You will ensure that the delivered products and solutions meet business needs and user expectations.

You will facilitate the definition of requirements and user stories for product development, process improvements, and system enhancements, aiming to reduce costs, increase sustainability, and quantify potential business benefits.

You will collaborate on creating and refining specifications and acceptance criteria for deploying digital systems.

You will apply your business modelling knowledge to strengthen your understanding of the business domain, methods, and tools.
