As a Senior Business Analyst in Originations, you are empowered and trusted to manage your work. The environment delivers change at a rapid pace. Developing iteratively and delivering value incrementally.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be critical to shaping and delivery account opening experiences that are seamless, compliant, and customer centric. You will work closely with cross functional scrum teams including Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Engineers and Testers. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and are required to develop strong relationships by developing trust which results in less need for formality. A BA toolkit evolves and you may find yourself completing activities that are new to you. Therefore, you are expected to commit to ongoing personal development and take responsibility for your own continuous improvement.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London or Bournemouth office. What you’ll be doing

You will deliver explicit, quantifiable, traceable and testable requirements through appropriate elicitation, documentation, validation, and management of your work. You will be managing changes in requirements or designs, ensuring alignment to priorities and other relevant change initiatives. You will maintain the traceability of business requirements to the solution, with the status and ownership communicated to relevant stakeholders. You will provide requirements consultancy throughout the project lifecycle to ensure traceability remains correct and current.

You may be creative in your analysis methods and artifacts to keep stakeholders engaged and your scrum team informed of the as is, to be & therefore the business & tech changes.

You will provide timely updates to the project team with the work you have been assigned, highlight any blockers, risks and issues. You will share lessons learnt and provide feedback as requested. You will also build relationships to ensure you can be successful in your role. Importantly, you’ll ensure that work is delivered on time, to the required quality and aligning to our VDF standards.

Typically, alongside peers, you will contribute to the quarterly planning process, supporting the development and articulation of the next period to support the development of our roadmap.

You will be required to understand the products we have in Originations, how they work for our customers and have a foundation technical understanding.
