Lead both face‑to‑face and virtual client workshops, managing stakeholders with differing priorities to reach agreed requirements. Take an evidence‑based approach, using data to inform decisions and constructively challenge where necessary. Work with ambiguity, bringing clarity and cutting through complexity. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, User Experience Designers and other disciplines to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet client requirements. Understand industry trends, seek new opportunities within projects, contribute to bid proposals and drive innovation that increases client value (e.g., Generative AI). Take responsibility for leading Business Analysis on complex projects, often under high pressure, role‑modeling professional behaviour to colleagues. People‑management responsibilities: drive improvements across the BA profession and support the development and career progression of other BAs.
Skills & Experience
Experience in user‑centred product or service development projects. Comfortable working in a technical environment with solution architects and other technical subject‑matter experts. Identifying and developing business opportunities with clients. Supporting and developing other BAs through people‑management and mentoring activities. Experience working on projects in the Public Sector or other legislatively driven sectors such as Utilities, Energy or Pharmaceuticals. Incorporating a sustainability mindset into solutions.

Influence strategy and leadership direction within complex engagements. Become a domain expert in your field. Understand architecture and the technologies used to deliver solutions. Work from detailed level to holistic view, driving strategy and seeing the big picture. Build collaborative stakeholder relationships up to senior level. Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing coaching when necessary.
BCS Business Analysis certification desirable. Security Clearance To be successfully appointed, a Security Check (SC) clearance is required. The successful applicant must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years and meet additional criteria.
