FTC - 12 months

Salary up to £62,699 per annum.
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to oversee all aspects of the Salesforce CRM Programme's change activities. You will need to plan, implement, and ensure the adoption of Salesforce (Public Sector Solutions) and the subsequent scaling of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use structured methodologies to lead and conduct all end-to-end change management activities for the Salesforce CRM Programmes.
- Lead the programme and business stakeholders through key steps:
- Prepare and ensure teams are ready for changes, creating content and communications.
- Plan to ensure the approach, sub-plans, target benefits, and metrics are agreed upon, stakeholders are identified, and roles are clear for adopting Salesforce and signing off on changes.
- Execute the change plan and sub-plans.
- Ensure changes in behaviors and workflows are adopted and sustained.
- Encourage user feedback and review the effectiveness of the change.
Identify and plan engagement with all Salesforce stakeholders and users, adopting a collaborative and feedback-driven approach.
Assist in ensuring employee perspectives are reflected in the design of Salesforce enablement processes and integration.
Apply change management best practices, tools, and techniques, including change impact assessments, readiness reviews, feedback sessions, communications, and training needs assessments.
Identify and analyze change and adoption risks and issues, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, remediation plans, and track and report issues.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a specialist change manager, applying all activities with minimal guidance.
- Experience leading and delivering business change activities for digitally enabled programmes, specifically Salesforce implementations.
