Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development strategy within AI-driven diagnostics and digital pathology.
  • Drive partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, focusing on companion diagnostics, biomarker development, and clinical applications.
  • Negotiate and secure collaborations, licensing deals, and co-development agreements.
  • Represent the company in high-level discussions with pharma executives, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal scientific, clinical, and product teams to align commercial opportunities with company capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in business development within diagnostics, AI diagnostics.
  • Strong track record of working with pharmaceutical companies and building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of diagnostics market dynamics, ideally including AI-driven or digital pathology solutions.
  • Native-level English (UK/US); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
