Manpower has a fantastic opportunity with our new client, a global leader in Technology Services and Consulting. They are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Business Process Outsourcing).

The position is based in London (E14 5NW) This is a full-time permanent role, working full-time hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £150,000 and £160,000 per annum (DOE), plus a competitive bonus.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

The Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s portfolio across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and insurance. This role is all about building trusted senior relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering transformational solutions that leverage digital, AI, and GenAI innovations.

You’ll be the driving force behind major new contracts — often £50–£100MM+ in value — and act as a strategic advisor to some of the industry’s most influential leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end business development, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Building and influencing strong relationships with C-level executives in pharma, healthcare, and insurance.
• Shaping and presenting solution themes and sales pitches that position our client as the partner of choice.
• Negotiating and closing complex, multi-service BPO deals at global scale.
• Bringing forward digital transformation, AI, and GenAI propositions to transform business operations.
• Collaborating with internal consulting and delivery teams to deliver seamless solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 10 - 15+ years’ experience in business development within BPO services (consulting/tech experience a plus).
• Strong sector knowledge of pharma, healthcare, and insurance.
• Proven success influencing and advising C-suite leaders.
• Experience in digital transformation, AI, and GenAI.
• A track record of closing large-scale, multi-tower contracts (50–100MM+).
• London-based or able to travel regularly to London.
