WHAT'S THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?

Attracting top talent doesn’t mean you have to rely on recruiters and dodgy LinkedIn messages. At Wiser, our Campaigns team are reimagining the way brands attract and engage with top talent across the globe.

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll work alongside multiple creative and activation teams within Wiser to solve a variety of recruitment and employer branding challenges for huge, well-known brands. From talent attraction to EVP activation, from DE&I to ESG, your campaign management and activation work will be crucial to hitting our clients objectives.

You’ll work alongside a high-performing team that consistently delivers game changing results, balancing best-in-class creativity with data-driven decisions, and working with the best brands in the industry like Sky, McCain, BT, Activision Blizzard King, Comcast and more.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?

  • Responsible for the delivery of campaigns for our global clients, working with the Campaigns Lead and Head of Campaigns to build excellent relationships with stakeholders and deliver market-leading ROI.

  • Supporting the team with campaign setups, creative briefing, copywriting, daily and weekly reporting, audience development and optimisation.

  • Working with Project Managers and Account Directors to deliver campaigns to brief, on time and to the highest standards.

  • Collaborating with our creative teams to deliver impactful, best-in-class creative.

  • Leading the charge to onboard our new clients smoothly and efficiently, ensuring we’re setting up the right foundations for success.

  • Producing and presenting monthly campaign performance reports for our clients alongside the Campaign Manager, analysing data and writing engaging commentary to tell the story of the campaign and wow our stakeholders.

  • Supporting across the wider business with paid media solutions, including generating leads and assisting other teams with knowledge and expertise.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 4+ years experience in a Paid Media or Campaign Management role, ideally within a medium-large agency setting, bonus points if it’s in recruitment marketing.

  • Significant experience working with paid media platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, Google Display and YouTube. Even better if you have experience in OOH, Search, Display, SEO, CRM and any other media strings to your bow.

  • You’re a natural at data storytelling, taking complex information and translating it into meaningful insights and client presentations, delivered with confidence and expertise.

  • You’ll have 10/10 organisational and planning skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns at once for a variety of different clients.

  • You’re comfortable with the likes of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and tracking pixels. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems as well would be 10/10.

  • You’ve got an eye for creative and know what great looks like when it comes to campaigns, and how to optimise to improve results.

  • You have a best-in-class attention to detail, with the ability to not only accurately check your own work, but also being able to spot typos and data problems from a mile off.

  • You’ve got a passion for numbers and can use Google Sheets and Slides to be able to tell powerful stories and share engaging analyses.

  • You live and breathe the world of advertising and media, staying up-to-date with all of the latest solutions and innovations in the industry.
