What We're Looking For

We are hiring a Senior Campaigns Associate to develop and execute impactful digital marketing strategies for our clients. In this role, you'll manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including our proprietary programmatic ad platform, Advocate. The ideal candidate combines a passion for digital marketing with a keen interest in international affairs.

The role will be based in London, with 3 days in the office, in London. However, Electica is an international company, with staff all around the world. We organize in-person retreats to align on strategy and bond with teammates. Previous locations include Spain, Los Angeles, Dublin, and Portugal.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Develop and optimise campaign strategies based on data-driven insights
• Build reporting dashboards and write up narrative reports for our clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Write up media and research reports on subjects of interest

Required Expertise

• Minimum 3 years experience running digital ad campaigns
• Strong interest in international affairs and current events
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Be able to commute to our London office in Old Street 3 times per week

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive annual gross salary, and yearly bonus amounting to 15% of gross annual salary, depending on performance
