Director of Health, Safety & Environment at Mattinson Partnership

Join a specialist Health & Safety team as part of a major global real estate business working as a Principal Design Advisor and CDM Advisor on a range of complex buildings and rail projects in London. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in the London office, the rest of the time working from home. This is an established team offering good training and development opportunities. They also have excellent staff retention in the team, and alongside a competitive salary they also offer car allowance and a bonus scheme of up to 20%.

Due to expansion plans in the team our client is looking for a Health & Safety Consultant with CDM experience to join the team. This is a consultancy role, but one where work life balance is valued, you will be working on a small volume of projects for a great business that puts team culture first. Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential in this role, and possessing a NEBOSH Construction along with any design or construction experience/qualifications would be beneficial. Responsibilities

• Provide Health & Safety consultancy with CDM experience to deliver projects in a consultancy environment with a focus on PD services.
• Work on a range of complex buildings and rail projects in London as a CDM Advisor and Principal Design Advisor.
• Support work-life balance by managing a small volume of projects in a team that values culture.
• Collaborate with a team that welcomes candidates with a construction safety background, including military experience, who are interested in training up as a CDM professional.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential.
• NEBOSH Construction qualification beneficial.
• Any design or construction experience/qualifications would be advantageous.
• Open to candidates with construction safety understanding from a military background who are interested in training as a CDM professional.
