Senior CDM Consultant

Bellrock Compliance is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to join our team. This role involves working on projects across public and private sectors, including new build, refurbishment, tall building remediation, and maintenance schemes, such as NHS, universities, and data centers.

The position requires working on multiple projects in London, the Home Counties, and the Southeast, with site visits and client interactions. We value enthusiastic individuals with strong leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities include fulfilling Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015, managing pre-construction phases, providing health and safety advice, and managing client relationships. The role also involves site inspections, report writing, and supporting project teams.

Candidate requirements include at least 5 years of construction industry experience, knowledge of CDM 2015, NEBOSH Construction Certificate, and a full driver’s license. Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills are essential.
