You’ll be part of a business that combines scale and reputation with the culture and flexibility of a people-focused organisation.The Role:As a Senior CDM Consultant, you’ll take a lead role in delivering Principal Designer and CDM advisory services across major commercial, residential, and infrastructure schemes. You’ll mentor junior consultants, liaise with clients at a senior level, and play an integral part in the consultancy’s continued success and growth in the Midlands region.Responsibilities:Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations.Providing high-level CDM and health & safety advice to clients and design teams.Reviewing design risk assessments and construction phase plans.Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.Requirements:NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.CMaPS / IMaPS (or working towards) desirable.Strong experience in CDM / Principal Designer roles within construction consultancy.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.The Offer:Salary up to £65,000 (DOE) + car allowance & benefits package.Private healthcare, pension, and generous holiday allowance.Flexible and hybrid working options.Clear route to Associate-level progression within a respected, global consultancy.This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior CDM Consultant who wants to work on landmark projects while shaping the next phase of their career with a truly first-class employer.📩 Apply now or contact me for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
