What the job involves
We’re looking for someone to lead Finance’s business readiness for a major transformation project. This programme is simplifying how we work and improving customer experiences across our UK Insurance, Wealth & Retirement business. You’ll help our Finance teams prepare for and embed these changes, working across areas like actuarial, tax, data, and payments. Your role will be to keep things running smoothly while we evolve. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the team through transitional periods, maintaining operational stability, and driving project success.
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale projects and business readiness activities, Experience in a senior management role preferably within finance teams in financial service organizations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, adept at guiding teams through change and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to adapt to evolving situations.
- Knowledge of project management framework, methodologies and tools.

- Starting salary circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)
