Overview
Salary: £40,000-£65,000 / Yearly bonus + Hybrid Working: Depending on experience.
Leveraging your expertise Change Management, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our clients by delivering expert services, developing strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor, and consistently providing expert solutions.

We have an extensive range of service capabilities and expertise provided by our best-in-class team which we are seeking to expand. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Change Manager to deliver for our clients, and act as a subject matter expert within our business.
The work will be varied, stretching and you will have the chance to shape decisions that will have significant strategic influence on our, and our clients’ businesses. You will lead, guide and influence stakeholders and teams using effective communication, and utilisation of your discipline to the agreed delivery strategy. This is an outward-facing role requiring effective leadership and stakeholder engagement together with well-developed collaborative working practices and communication skills.
Role Location
Our consultants are expected to work in a hybrid environment, in accordance with our clients wishes. We require our people to be within an easily commutable distance of our Bristol office and to be able to co-locate at our client locations, which are typically within 50 miles of Bristol or along the M4/M5 corridor. New clients are always coming on board, and we require our consultants to be able to work flexibly and wherever this work requires.
Key Responsibilities
- Directing the wider team on project delivery lifecycle, programme/governance frameworks and business partnering.
- Designing and implementing the business readiness strategies.
- Leverage adept analytical skills to inform decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with, and influence, key stakeholders.
- Lead transformative change initiatives with exceptional communication and interpersonal talents.
- The suitable candidate already holds, or will be expected to be able to achieve, National Security Vetting.
- Proven prowess in assessing organisational readiness and sculpting customised change management strategies.
- Proficiency in stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication strategies.
- Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions etc.
- The ability and flexibility to add value by operating in related P3M roles.
Qualifications
- Prosci CCP, CMS, CCMP, Agile Change Agent, or other equivalent certification(s)
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering Change Management to clients
- Ability to manage and develop people across areas of expertise
- Desirable - other relevant PM Qualifications (MoR, APM PMQ, PRINCE2, AgilePM, etc)
- Previous consulting experience preferred

They will develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, through understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that add value; promote i3Works' services and capabilities during client meetings, where appropriate, and always demonstrate expertise. Contribute to the preparation of bid documents and proposals where necessary, as well as marketing the organisation’s capabilities when required, including business development activities.
