There is a significant market opportunity to help existing and new customers achieve digital transformation goals with the addition of change management and project-based training services. Our Change Management and Training Consultants are encouraged to support the growth of this important line of business and contribute to its evolution by putting forward ideas and innovations to improve client or colleague benefits. On-the-job training is provided on the NTT DATA Business Solutions project toolset.
Job Summary: As a Senior Change & Training Programme Lead you will support revenue growth of this key business area and contribute to the company's strategic development. This includes managing the change process for all impacted stakeholders within the assigned programmes, ensuring end users understand how their roles will evolve as a result of project implementation, and are fully trained, prepared, and equipped to transition to new systems and ways of working. As a Senior Programme Lead you will ensure the methods are applied to suit the programme context and build trusted advisor relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Business Change, Training, and Benefits, managing a team to meet project timelines and quality standards in line with the specific programme Statement of Work (SoW).
- Contribute to the Change and Training practice by leading on initiatives or team development.
- Support business development by responding to RFIs/RFPs and engaging in client pre-sales activities.
- Work closely with the Project Management Team and Client Organisation to ensure successful project delivery and build trust through: Change Management Leadership, Training Programme Leadership, and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and frameworks tailored to each project’s needs; assess change readiness and create a change management roadmap.
- Lead change impact assessments, resistance management, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge to operate new systems and processes.
- Design and deliver training materials and learning modules for different audiences; oversee blended learning experiences (e-learning, in-person training, hands-on workshops).
- Ensure training programs are scalable and sustainable for ongoing business needs.
- Serve as the key point of contact for change and training communications; engage with senior leadership to align goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Identify and address issues related to change and training delivery; develop metrics to measure effectiveness and report on progress and outcomes.
- Develop post-implementation assessments to ensure long-term adoption and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of change management and training professionals; collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business analysts to integrate change and training into project delivery.
Required Skills / Abilities
- Experience of leading and managing organisational change in complex IT-driven change programmes.
- Proven ability to motivate a team and influence and manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line management in large-scale change contexts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and help others reach their professional potential.
- Ability to build strong, trusted advisor relationships at all levels within customers and prospects.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes, interdependencies, and cross-country perspectives.
- Effective listening, empathy, a positive outlook, and adaptability to change.
