Overview

A City based MGA seeks a Senior Claims Adjuster, on a six month fixed term contract basis. The role will involve handling an interesting and diverse caseload, including Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Transactional Liability, Terrorism and Political Violence claims.

You will create strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and capacity providers, whilst maintaining excellent customer service. You will also be a technical point of referral for junior members of the claims team.

Applicants will require prior Financial Lines claims handling experience and ideally have a good understanding of ECF. This will be a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload including Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Transactional Liability, Terrorism and Political Violence claims.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and capacity providers.
• Provide customer-focused service and act as a technical point of referral for junior team members.

Qualifications

• Prior Financial Lines claims handling experience.
• Good understanding of ECF (Electronic Court File).
• Hybrid working arrangement.
