We are currently seeking a professional to join our team as a Senior Client Change Manager.
The purpose of the role is to provide dedicated support to key clients in response to Client Initiated Change Requests. The Senior Manager will be accountable for the overall portfolio of change, including prioritization, planning, and delivery for assigned SSv clients, as well as managing team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure proactive management of client change request delivery through direct liaison and coordination with the client at senior levels and internal HSBC teams such as Product, Client and Account Management, IT, Platform, Testing, PMO, and Operations.
- Maintain a holistic view of all change requests for the client, managed across different teams within IT, Client Change & Onboarding, Account Management, and Service Delivery.
- Ensure consistent governance within the CCM team via regular reporting, financial control, RAID management, stakeholder management, resource management, and other controls throughout the change request cycle.
- Build key relationships with internal SSv stakeholders, ensuring the CCM team is aware of the forward load/roadmap and has plans in place to deliver within project parameters.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience in a client-facing role/industry operating at a senior level.
- Experience in Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody, or Investment Management is essential.
- Understanding of complex operations environments, including current regulations.
- Disciplined project management experience managing multiple projects with robust governance standards, including cost management.
- Experience in managing, negotiating, and influencing external clients and stakeholders, including regulators.
- Experience managing client-facing and project management/delivery teams.
The role offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing for both home-based and office-based work at HSBC offices in London.
