Senior Client Services and Resourcing Manager

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Client Services and Resource Manager, known internally as Senior Client Services Manager. You'll be responsible for managing our Central Resource Team, supporting services across Newcastle, Northumberland, North and South Tyneside, and Gateshead. Additionally, you'll oversee recruitment, rostering, and retention strategies to ensure optimal staffing.

Typical Day as Our Senior Client Services Manager

  1. Lead the Central Resource Team across the region.
  2. Oversee our Academy service, supporting new colleagues' induction, and our Out of Hours service.
  3. Ensure delivery on commitments and seek opportunities for service enhancement.
  4. Manage budgets and KPIs, using data and customer feedback to improve performance and innovate.
  5. Maintain strong stakeholder and agency relationships.
  6. Represent Home Group regionally, building networks, attending forums, and promoting our services.
  7. Develop a flexible staffing model, reducing agency reliance while ensuring seamless service delivery.

Join a supportive leadership team dedicated to reshaping services to meet customer needs. You will also manage our bank and relief workforce and work closely with the Operations Manager, Steph, who will be your mentor and manager.

Job Details

Essential skills and experience include strong people management, empathy, housing or care support experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analytical skills for budget and performance management, and knowledge of housing operations. A full driving license is desirable.
