About the Role

RBW Consulting is excited to offer an opportunity with a rapidly growing Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in UK studies. Our client is expanding their site management team with multiple hires this year and is involved in diverse studies, including advanced therapies such as CAR-T.

Join a highly experienced team committed to excellence in clinical research. We seek skilled monitors with at least 3 years of CRA experience. The role offers support from a management team dedicated to your professional growth, providing clear pathways for career development across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investigator sites independently throughout the study lifecycle (start-up to close-out)
• Conduct feasibility, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites, mainly phase 1 to 3 across therapeutic areas
• Prepare for and attend investigator meetings, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage of clinical supplies, and follow-up on drug safety issues
• Perform source data verification and case report form review
• Review regulatory documents
• Manage study drug inventory
• Report and follow-up on adverse and serious adverse events
• Assess patient recruitment and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a health-related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years CRA experience
