Job Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior therapist to join our innovative and dynamic clinical service in Croydon, working within the Children and Families Services. The role involves providing clinical consultations to frontline staff, delivering therapeutic interventions, and training, supervising, and supporting reflective practice groups.
You will work alongside our Systemic Practice Lead, supporting a practice framework rooted in systemic practice. We seek an experienced family therapist with supervisory experience, open to outreach work, and mindful of well-being through relational practices, social conditions, and power dynamics.
Our practice framework emphasizes relationship-based practice as a medium for change, supported by a whole systems approach to systemic training for staff.

About You
- Accredited and registered family and systemic psychotherapist, with systemic supervision qualification or willingness to undertake training
- Ability to work creatively with children, young people, carers, and networks
- Skilled in direct work and teaching with diverse skills
- Experience in statutory children’s services to promote positive outcomes
- Commitment to relationship-based practice and engaging effectively with stakeholders
