Overview

Senior Cloud Developer/Engineer - AWS role at TEKsystems. This role focuses on developing and deploying cloud-based contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. You will be part of a team building robust contact centre solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy components of contact centre solutions under the guidance of Senior engineers and architects.
• Utilise AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, and Pinpoint to support contact centre solution development.
• Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing.
• Learn and utilise AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact centre technologies.

Essential Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud computing and contact centre concepts.
• Exposure to AWS services and architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with performance and load testing of managed services.
