What You'll Do

  • Analyse & Strategise: Dive into historical data, monitor demand patterns, and stay ahead of market trends. Craft winning strategies for yield management, pricing, and positioning.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams. Harness data to make informed decisions and drive top-line performance.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Maintain CRS and PMS data integrity; ensure pricing data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Apply revenue management experience within hospitality, preferably across multiple hotel clusters or properties.
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies, including yield management, pricing optimization, and market positioning.
  • Utilise strong analytical and quantitative abilities to interpret data and operate revenue management tools and software.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
  • Be meticulous and detail-oriented in rate loading and data integrity across CRS and PMS systems.
