Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Commercial Business Partner to provide strategic financial analysis, deliver actionable business intelligence, and partner with leaders across the Group and wealth divisions to support ambitious growth.

What you’ll bring

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record in financial modelling, analysis, and business partnering
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel (modelling and automation)
  • Effective communication and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Experience in wealth management, investment management, or financial services (desirable)
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring or developing junior team members

The role

As Senior Commercial Business Partner, you’ll:

  • Champion the implementation and optimisation of business intelligence tools, ensuring 'one version of the truth' across critical metrics
  • Lead the design of forward-looking financial models, predictive analysis, and scenario planning
  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate new business opportunities and market strategies
  • Deliver accurate, insightful monthly management packs and KPI dashboards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet key deadlines
  • Drive process improvements in financial reporting, analytics, and automation
  • Manage and develop two junior analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional growth
