Senior Commercial Manager - Value in Projects, Special Cohorts

.Talk Talk is in a period of change with a huge push towards new technology, new products and new industry processes installed by the regulator. Its imperative that our newfound focus on value plays a part in decisions related to those projects and indeed special cohorts of consumers. Every Project has the capability to better our worsen our Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and this role will ensure that the value hub is represented in key project decisions.Role ActivitiesWork to establish treatments for problem value cohorts (examples include cohorts that have been given free upgrades) or acquired customer bases to maximise for Customer Lifetime ValueWork as the representative of the Value Hub to maximise the value protection or generation on industry driven projects (prior examples include Annual Best Tariff Notifications, Auto Signature, Gaining Supplier Led Provisioning)Work on long term strategic projects to ensure value is at the heart of decision making (past / future examples exiting copper exchanges, changing product suppliers, launching new product lines)Work closely with other Value Management members to ensure effective treatments are considered and active in Pega NBAVet and contribute to business cases from a value management perspective to ensure we have realistic expectations and are progressing the right projects.Have a strong understanding of how we make our money and how we can enhance thatHave strong analytical skills and be able to convey concepts to create valueStrong influence skills in order that projects can be shaped to build valueHave strong experience of building new business processes across trading, operations, etc.Required Skills:Strong Communication SkillsStrong understanding of Commercial, Trading, Sales and Operational teams in a telecoms or annuity environmentExperience of working on projects but not necessarily in a project management role.Strong commercial understandingStrong understanding of business process design / improvementStrong understanding of the telcomms industry and legal requirementBe Yourself.
