About Flash Pack We are Flash Pack - curated social adventures for solo travellers. We’re a marketplace serving two types of customers: solo travellers and the local partners who bring our adventures to life. Our business is growing year-on-year with strong investor support. Our culture is down-to-earth, hard-working, and compassionate, with a "no a-holes" policy that supports each other. Integrity is at the heart of our work, and we aim to build a company we’re genuinely proud of.
What You’ll Find Here
- A culture built around high performance, high conviction and humility. We value teamwork over grandiosity, great questions over corporate euphemisms and autonomy over conformity.
- An ambitious high-growth mid-stage start-up with proven product-market fit in over 15 global markets. We’re well-capitalised and backed by founders, investors and entrepreneurs who have built multi-billion dollar companies.
- A highly collaborative team of ambitious and innovative people on a mission to create one million meaningful friendships across the globe, using travel and technology as a platform for connection.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Product Manager to join our team. You’ll enable high performance of our trips by leveraging external market insights and internal data, working cross-functionally to identify risks and opportunities, validate hypotheses and deliver performance-boosting initiatives across a portfolio of trips. This is not a technical product manager role.
In line with our salary framework, the salary banding for this role is £65,000 - £71,000 (dependent on experience).
Where You Will Spend Your Time
- Proactively tracking and analysing key performance metrics such as bookings, trip-fill and margin across your assigned trips, identifying and prioritising performance optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Pricing, Growth and Demand, and DMCs to validate hypotheses and implement solutions to reduce risk and optimise performance.
- Conducting root cause analysis to understand under-performing trips using internal data and external market insights.
- Forecasting required supply for trips based on historical data and available information.
- Refining forecasts with teams to support securing supply from our DMCs.
- Identifying and reporting on relevant trends to support longer-term product strategy and new product development.
- Maintaining transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders up to C-Suite, with flexibility in approach.
- Results-driven with the ability to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort operating both strategically and operationally, maintaining a broad perspective while deep-diving into factors that influence performance.
