A well-respected Belfast firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor who enjoys quality commercial property work but values a balanced and flexible working life.

The Role

The team advises a broad client base across retail, development, healthcare, and commercial sectors, and handles:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Lease negotiations for landlords and tenants

• Development and site assembly work

• Property finance and refinancing

• Title investigation and due diligence

You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload with support where needed and will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic client relationships.

About You

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property

• Able to run transactions independently

• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness

• Excellent communication and client care abilities
