We are currently partnering with a Local Government organisation in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to on an initial 3-month locum basis.They are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, and can offer remote working, and a rate of circa £50 - £60 p/hour via an Umbrella company.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial property matters within Local Government.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, licences, rent reviews and related agreementsProviding confident, pragmatic advice directly to clientsActing with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervisionSupporting clients with clear guidance and a hands-on, practical approachBringing strong communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and manage client expectations effectivelyExperience required:Experience required in Local GovernmentExperience managing complex commercial property mattersWorking hours:Open to both full-time and part-time applicantsPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
