What youll be doing:

Take ownership of your Commercial desk/division in Yorkshire.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both candidates and clients

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through business development

Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates using various channels

Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates

Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets

What were looking for:

Full 360 Commercial Recruitment experience

Track record of success

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and sales skills

Target-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering results

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
