• Take ownership of your Commercial desk/division in Yorkshire.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both candidates and clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through business development
• Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates using various channels
• Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets
  
  

• Full 360 Commercial Recruitment experience
• Track record of success
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Target-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
