Hybrid | West Midlands Area (1 day/week on-site)

6-month initial term - High likelihood of extension.

We are seeking an experienced Communications & Change Lead to support a high-profile global transformation programme focused on embedding a cost-conscious culture across a large, complex organisation.

This role will lead the planning and delivery of integrated communications and change strategies, ensuring strong engagement and adoption across diverse operational teams and senior stakeholders.

While experience in the finance sector is welcome, it is not essential. We are open to candidates with a strong track record of delivering tooling and cultural change within large, multi-business organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the communications and change workstream for a global programme
  • Design and deliver strategic communications and engagement plans
  • Advise senior stakeholders on best practices in communication and change
  • Facilitate workshops and support business readiness activities
  • Monitor adoption and provide regular progress updates to leadership

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in senior comms and/or change roles within large, matrixed organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Background in delivering operational or culture change
  • Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills
