Communications Manager, Financial and Business Comms, and reporting to the Director of External Comms, you’ll help position Vinted Group to investor, industry and other corporate audiences, predominantly through press.Working cross‑functionally with finance and investor relations teams, you’ll own key external moments in our calendar, from financial communications to transactions, ensuring timely, high quality comms to key media and business audiences. You’ll work closely with market‑based communications colleagues to ensure business press across our key markets understand our business model and our corporate narrative, and help support the goals of our Business Units including Vinted Go and Vinted Pay. You’ll be well attuned to our reputational threats and opportunities and consider those in your work.In this position, you’llLead external communications / media relations related to Vinted’s financial results and narrative, partnering with our Finance and Investor Relations teams.Support our Corporate Development team, including communications related to M&A activity and investments made by Vinted Ventures, as well as partnering with Executive Comms on conference and other opportunities to position this team to key audiences.Nurture our contact book of financial and business journalists cross‑market, and bring your own contacts to the team.Own Vinted's externally‑facing performance metrics, and the process to ensure those metrics are being used in external comms in an accurate and consistent way.Be a communications partner to Vinted Pay, developing the comms strategy for this business and supporting on execution with in‑market colleagues.Lead one team member, focused on delivering external communications for Vinted Go.Working with the comms team, evolve our process and strategy to support B2B partner communications needs.Support and brief senior spokespeople in relevant teams (eg Corporate Development, Finance).About youStrong experience in a corporate communications environment (agency or in‑house)Top quality writing and media relations skills (English language)Deep understanding of financial communications and performance metricsConfident working cross‑functionally and advising a range of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders and C‑Level. A bonus if you bring experience engaging with investors and/or board‑level stakeholdersProven experience managing media interviews and preparing spokespeopleComfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment. Experience of working with media in different markets is a bonusIssues and crisis comms experienceWell‑versed in comms measurement, reporting and monitoringIdeally, experience in management or people leadershipIdeally a background in tech or online environment.
