What you will be doing

  • Investigate alleged breaches of global anti-bribery and corruption frameworks.
  • Develop investigative strategies and review forensic evidence.
  • Conduct interviews and prepare detailed reports to support transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and geographies; identify patterns and emerging risks; help continuously improve ABAC frameworks.

This role can be completed on a remote basis, with infrequent travel to our Hull or Watford offices.

What you will need to be successful

  • Curious, thorough and resilient; able to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information across cultures and languages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear, professional investigation reports.
  • Familiarity with ABAC frameworks and regulations such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
  • Degree-level education and ideally professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA or CFE.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience investigating corporate misconduct in a highly regulated industry, including fraud, compliance and ethics violations.
