Overview

Public sector organisation in the Staffordshire area currently requires a senior compliance surveyor for an initial period of three to six months.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Programme & Facilities Manager responsible for ensuring the Council's statutory compliance across a range of asset-based areas.
• Ensure that the Council remains legally compliant in areas such as working closely with housing management teams, residents and premises managers to ensure operational service delivery.
• Operational management of external contractors delivering services to the Council.

Role Details

• Contract length: 3-6 months initially
• Rate: £300 - £325 per day (umbrella)
• Working pattern: Hybrid working, 3-2 split
