We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Conference Producer to join our growing events team. This is a fantastic opportunity to design and deliver top-class content across a portfolio of international conferences that bring together leaders from academia, government, and industry.

If you thrive on research, love turning ideas into engaging agendas, and know how to connect with senior stakeholders, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be producing events that spark meaningful conversations while delivering real commercial value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Researching sector trends and topics to shape engaging, commercially valuable event agendas.
• Designing programmes and recruiting high-profile speakers, ensuring a seamless experience from first approach to on-stage delivery.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align content with commercial strategy and creating impactful copy for marketing campaigns.
• Managing budgets, project timelines, and on-site delivery to ensure events run flawlessly.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience producing successful B2B conferences or similar events, confident in engaging senior stakeholders across academia, NGOs, industry, and government.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for global audiences.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Commercially astute, solutions-focused, with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and flexibility to travel internationally; degree-level education preferred.
