Experience in developing, assuring, or certifying safety‑critical systems (preferably aerospace, defence, or high‑integrity domains) Knowledge of key standards: ARP‑4754A, DO‑178C, DO‑254, DO‑326A, IEC 61508, or MOD DEF STANs (00‑055, 00‑056) Proficient systems thinking, with tools like Cameo, Sparx EA, SysML/UML, MBSE Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills A strategic mindset – with the ability to shape programme‑level engineering outcomes

It is beneficial if you have:

Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (or working towards it) Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Experience navigating MOD acquisition frameworks or supporting OEMs/Primes
