Consulting Roles – Helping our clients uncover and solve problems they didn't know existed

We're searching for a versatile Corporate Real Estate consultant who gets energised by complex problems and loves the moment when everything clicks into place. If you're someone who can see the forest and the trees, and help others do the same, this could be your perfect fit.

What you'll be doing

You’ll partner with other consultants and the whole JLL business to help clients figure out their next big moves. Think of yourself as a translator – taking their ambitious goals and turning them into human‑centric strategies that actually work in an evolving workplace.

Your typical day might include digging into data and research from all corners to solve puzzles that have been stumping smart people, using your experience and instincts to spot patterns and connections others miss, and pitching ideas that push organizations forward to create genuinely new solutions. You’ll be building project teams where different perspectives aren't just welcomed – they're essential, working directly with stakeholders to develop strategies and deliver recommendations that clients can actually use, and really getting underneath the skin of the organisation to challenge thinking and shape a brighter way.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery: You’ll support and deliver consulting advice across 1 to 3 projects simultaneously, working collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure best practice and full compliance with client procedures. This includes collecting data with JLL and client contacts, undertaking analysis to generate business case reports with both qualitative and quantitative assessment, and creating engaging visualisation of data and insights. A chargeability target of no less than 80% is required.

Business Development: Support business development activities through client engagement, relationship building and proposal writing. You’ll deliver projects in a manner that generates repeat effort or downstream opportunities while leveraging the spectrum of services provided by the broader JLL occupier team.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in

3+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Management Consulting, Workplace Change or Organisational Design gained at a real estate consultancy, management consultancy or working within an in‑house CRE team. Knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate lifecycle and respective functional areas is essential.

Specific expertise in Portfolio Strategy, Target Operating Model Design, Business & Location Advisory, FM Strategy, Sustainability, Transformation & Change, Workplace & People Strategy, or AI Adoption is highly valued.

Key Skills Required

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and excellent analytical abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll need strong organisational and time management skills to programme manage various projects simultaneously, plus financial analysis experience and innovation to think outside the box. The role requires commitment to continuous learning, ability to demonstrate inclusive behaviours, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
