Our client is a global professional services firm helping organisations improve their resilience, manage risk, and deliver large-scale transformation. Within their Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice, they partner with public and private sector organisations to build secure digital services, strengthen governance, and embed robust security practices that enable growth.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take on ownership of defined workstreams within cyber transformation projects. You’ll work directly with client stakeholders, deliver cyber strategies and frameworks, and support the implementation of practical solutions. Alongside this, you’ll mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the wider consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver workstreams within cyber strategy and transformation programmes.
  • Conduct assessments against recognised frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS).
  • Develop recommendations, reports, and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
  • Support and mentor junior consultants in project delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, providing clear guidance and insight.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years’ experience in cyber security, risk management, or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
  • Experience contributing to strategy, operating model, or governance design.
  • Effective communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
