Strong people skills are central to this role: mentoring colleagues, inspiring client confidence, and delivering high-quality, impactful projects.If you are motivated to apply your expertise where it makes a real difference, this is the opportunity to do so.RoleSenior Consultant Health Economist (Modeller) — you will:Provide expert advice on all Health Economics Modelling (HEM) mattersLead and conduct quantitative analytical work, including the design and build of health economic modelsLead communication and dissemination of findings via peer-reviewed journals, stakeholder engagement, reports, and white papersCombine strategic and agile critical thinking with robust evidence to provide actionable recommendations for a diverse client base (Pharma, MedTech, Government agencies, academic institutions, UN and other global organizations, etc.)Provide clear direction and leadership to project teams to ensure effective deliveryIdentify client needs and design value-centric solutionsBuild and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients to drive revenue growthFoster team development, provide feedback, and create a culture of continuous learningProvide formal line management for Consultants, Associate Consultants, and AnalystsRequirementsWe are seeking experienced individuals who have/are:Strong experience in health economic modelling and analysis to support decision makingExpertise in statistical software such as Stata, R, and/or SAS; proficiency in ExcelExperience as a consultant or in a commercial environmentA solid understanding of clinical areas (general epidemiology) with the ability to apply health economics across different contextsExperience working on intervention and/or policy-focused projectsBig-picture thinkers who can craft innovative solutionsCreative problem solvers with a drive for growth and developmentDriven and purpose-led, motivated by making a differenceStrong leadership and people skills, balancing technical expertise with collaborative team supportThis role requires excellent command of the English language at CEFR level C2 or equivalent to draft complex reports, interpret technical documents, and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.BenefitsCompetitive salary25 days holidayAnnual personal development process and allowancePrivate healthcare with AXA HealthCycle to work schemeEmployee assistance programmeHybrid working (2 days in office per week)Closing date: Friday 7 November 2025.
