Do you believe passionately in psychometrics and the role they can play in the employee lifecycle?The Senior Consultant will provide project management and professional consultancy to clients from a wide range of industries.What The Day Will Look LikeThe key role of the Senior Consultant will be to provide project management and professional consultancy to clients from a wide range of industries.Support Aon Assessment’s portfolio of product design and quality assurance activitiesProvide professional advisory services to clients from a wide range of industriesLead large client accounts and project manage end-to-end client solutionsDesign and implement client solutions including but not limited to:Assessment: Pre-assessment, Online assessments, Interviews, Assessment CentresDevelopment: Development Centres, Executive Assessment, CoachingDesign: Competency Frameworks, Situational Judgement Questionnaire Design; Bespoke Reporting; Validations, Skills Projects and Data StorytellingTechnical: Systems Integration; Statistical AnalysisDeliver training as required to support project implementation, e.g. systems training and assessor best practiceSupport and contribute to local and global teams through sharing knowledge and expertiseSupport more junior colleagues develop through reviewing deliverables and supporting with upskillingBuild professional network and continuously develop skills through participation in research and conferencesCombine technology and assessment methodologies to deliver highly efficient processes in line with best practice principlesSupport the commercial team with sense checking Statements of Work, solutioning for RFPs, the creation of demos and presenting at pitchesResponsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.How This Opportunity Is DifferentThis is your opportunity to thrive as a key member of our growing team, managing new and existing client relationships with a focus both on making psychometric assessment work for our clients and their candidates.Aon Assessment Solutions is a leader in assessment for employee selection and development.
