The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client projects, drive business development, and guide teams to deliver high‑quality services that enable strategic decision‑making for clients across advanced therapy areas. You will play a pivotal role in growing the business, managing complex, high‑value projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and integrity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Leadership – Lead the delivery of large, complex projects, ensuring they are completed on plan, on budget, and deliver value for clients.
• Engagement Leadership – Build client trust as a strategic partner, design solutions for complex business problems, and deliver profitable, quality outcomes.
• Delivering Excellence – Plan, design, and facilitate workshops, providing clear, strategic recommendations to clients.
• Leading Others – Manage and develop consulting colleagues through effective communication, feedback, and personalised development, fostering innovation and diverse thinking.
• Business Development – Identify catalytic opportunities within existing accounts, win new business through proposals, pitches, and sustained client relationships.
• External Engagement – Promote Solici’s capabilities through industry events, content creation, and professional networking.
• Internal Engagement – Support internal initiatives that enhance project delivery efficiency, profitability, and shape the future of Solici and CHR.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in life sciences, with expertise in Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic, or Rare diseases.
• At least five years of experience in life sciences consulting, managing profitable projects, and driving new business.
• Strong commercial acumen, high emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset to thrive in complex, ever‑changing environments.
• Proven leadership and development skills, with a record of delivering high‑quality outputs and driving results.

• Base salary dependent on experience, with annual bonus.
