The team of 12 is part of the firm's Real Estate tax practice, which is the strongest in the UK and has a focus on large scale commercial property investment.Your role will involve:Advising on the full range of transactions in UK securities and land, including UK and non-UK corporate structures, residential and commercial property for a variety of clientsThe work will be weighted to advisory and analysis, rather than computational work or other complianceInclude due diligence and corporate restructuringAssessment and preparation of information to support Stamp Taxes advice and the availability of reliefs, including review of legal documentation and of ownership structuresWorking with the team on the analysis and interpretation of new legislation and case lawWorking alongside our wider tax teams at all levelsOver time, you will be expected to steward and delegate to the junior team membersConnect to your skills and professional experienceWe are looking for someone with:Previous experience as a Stamp Taxes specialistPrevious advisory experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to manage and develop client relationshipsTo help with our understanding of your skillset and experience, we would like you to upload a Cover Letter alongside your CVTaxOur comprehensive range of services encompasses everything from the completion of tax returns to complex consultancy assignments and strategic tax planning.
