We are seeking a Property Advisory specialist with PMO development and programme management experience to join our Asset Strategy team in Nottingham. The team provides expert advice on real estate assets, mainly working with public sector organisations, managing strategic real estate programmes.
Role Details
You will work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of top-tier services by managing large-scale real estate programmes and complex projects. The role involves a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week at our Nottingham office, which is centrally located and well-equipped.
Ideal candidates will have experience setting up PMOs and delivering programmes to completion, preferably with public sector clients or experience in real estate development or workplace transformation programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the team to deliver a top-class PMO function.
- Manage large-scale, complex real estate projects or programmes, primarily within the public sector.
- Implement project and programme management methodologies and processes.
- Establish governance, monitor progress, risks, and issues.
- Build stakeholder relationships and manage dependencies.
- Establish change control procedures and monitor adherence.
- Track progress against milestones.
- Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Support business objectives and client relationship development.
- Deliver high-quality services and deliverables.
- Produce and present reports to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Manage service delivery profitably.
Candidate Profile
Looking for a candidate with:
- Post-qualification project or programme management experience.
- Knowledge of project management techniques.
- Experience in governance, quality assurance, and benefits realization.
- Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Methodical approach and ability to absorb complex information.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Qualifications
MSP qualification is beneficial; other relevant qualifications are also of interest.
