As a S/4 HANA Role Redesign Senior Consultant, you will deliver and implement robust security solutions for our clients’ SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP Security expertise and hands-on experience with SAP tools and methodologies for managing security and compliance across SAP environments. Your role involves designing, implementing, and redesigning security roles in S/4 HANA, including SAP Fiori, to ensure secure and compliant systems. You will develop your capabilities in:
- Designing and building roles, profiles, and authorizations for on-premises and cloud SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4 HANA, BW, Fiori).
- Deep understanding of SAP security authorization concepts, including authorization objects and SU24, especially for Fiori.
- Creating and modifying roles using scripts.
- Managing S/4 HANA Fiori security, including catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and troubleshooting authorization issues.
- Gathering security requirements from process, development, and functional teams and incorporating them into design, build, and testing.
- Using access governance tools like SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) and GRC.
- Understanding business role concepts in IAG/GRC to design business roles.
- Embedding segregation of duties requirements and risk rules into security role design.

- Deep SAP authorization knowledge, user roles, profiles, and best practices.
- Strong technical skills in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP IAG, and cloud applications like SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Ability to analyze segregation of duties reports and remediate risks.
- Risk assessment, root cause analysis, and solution implementation skills.
- Experience with security assessments and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for leading discussions and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The following are assets:
- Relevant security certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Professional, SAP Access Control, CISSP, or CISM.
- UK Security clearance.
- Knowledge of IT, business process controls for S/4 HANA, and SAP application suite.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements like SoX and GDPR.
