Location: Glasgow, London, Manchester

Role focus: ServiceNow architecture and transformation, delivering target architectures and roadmaps, and aligning ServiceNow solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support development of large clients’ ServiceNow target architectures and roadmaps
• Create domain architectures as part of the wider enterprise transformation roadmap
• Define the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategy
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules; guide integration and automation strategies; contribute to business architecture and operating model design supported by ServiceNow
• Advise clients on industry and ServiceNow best practices across products and platform; determine when to adopt or adapt based on client context
• Support the project team, directing other lead developers, business process consultants, and project managers on best practices for implementation
• Develop and configure Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Ajax Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules
• Design MID server architecture and configure to support Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence and Cloud Management
• Contribute to customers’ business strategies, identifying optimal combinations of business and technology solutions using ServiceNow
• Champion emerging product features (NOW Experience, UI Builder, Now Assist, GenAI) and support changes to operating models and strategy as required

Your profile

• Experience architecting ServiceNow solutions across multiple Service Management domains, delivering automation, standardisation, and improved customer experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML)
• Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or project management frameworks
• Experience in multi-cloud environments and integration strategies
• Familiarity with scripting languages for custom development within ServiceNow
