This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Frenchay campus with the option to work from home on some days.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating, updating and reviewing web content and user experience journeys to ensure content is well structured, accurate and easy to find. Your content will have a consistent look and feel that aligns with the University’s brand identity and content strategy, following user-centred design as a service principle.
Working collaboratively, with an agile mindset, you will use your skills and expertise in content design to create a consistent and coherent experience that brings together insights, data, and research to continually deliver business and user needs.

Your role will also involve sharing your knowledge of best practices, promoting user-centred design, and agile principles and adhering to the University’s policies on equal opportunities and health and safety.
