Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor role at Hughes Paddison Solicitors.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of work including M&A, investment agreements, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, EMI options, commercial contracts, LLPs and partnerships.
  • Provide commercially minded advice to a wide range of businesses from start-ups to established companies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years PQE; strong corporate and commercial experience with a laser focus on detail.
  • Drive to fuel business development and team growth.
  • Solid grasp of risk and compliance, articles of association, LLPs and partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services.
